Vital Global is a nonprofit ministry dedicated to serving and empowering the Global Church. Through partnerships and projects, we strive to meet critical needs, such as clean water access, training pastors, feeding programs, and other outreaches.

At Vital Global, we are dedicated to transforming lives and communities worldwide through our faith-based approach. By addressing tangible needs, such as access to clean water, and nurturing spiritual growth, we aim to empower individuals and make a lasting impact.
Led by Dr. Glenn Young, the pastor of First Baptist Church of Kilgore, our volunteer board spearheads our mission to extend the impact of the church beyond its walls and reputation. Our organization was born out of the realization that community development is just as crucial as spiritual development. Thus, we created a separate organization to provide a focused platform for outreach beyond the traditional role of the church.
With Honduras as our starting point, we have expanded our reach to serve communities globally. Our ultimate goal is to be a resource for anyone, whether an individual or a church, seeking to make a positive difference. From providing clean water and addressing basic needs to offering pastoral training and support, we work alongside local leaders to foster holistic development.

Our Vision for Global Impact
Vital Global’s journey began with a vision to extend the impact of First Baptist Church of Kilgore beyond its immediate community. Our volunteers seek to address the tangible needs of communities while nurturing their spiritual growth.
Recognizing the pressing issue of access to clean water, we started our efforts in Honduras. Over time, our commitment to empowering underserved communities led us to expand our reach to other locations worldwide. Through partnerships, strategic collaborations, and dedicated volunteers, we have had a growing impact in the lives of individuals and families, and we are committed to reaching more.

Our Partnerships
Partnerships are vital to Vital Global’s mission. As a small NGO working in the name of Christ, we focus on community development in underserved areas, relying on individuals’ experience to make a difference. Our board members’ expertise in logistocs, education, medicine, administration, and other areas, along with their involvement in additional organizations, creates valuable connections and new partnerships. These connections provide access to crucial resources, whether it’s transportation, warehousing space, or finance. By strategically cultivating these relationships, we consistently meet a range of needs.
